You can book a season ticket directly via our online shop. If no long-term parking product is available, you can be placed on the waiting list. Use the following contact form for this purpose. 

If you have not received a parking card, the only means of access to "your" car park is licence plate recognition. You should have received instructions for this by email. Please download the Q-Park app and log in using the login details you provided when booking. Your subscription will automatically be displayed in the app. Then add your licence plate number in the product. You can find detailed instructions here.

You can cancel your season ticket informally in writing by post to the following address:

Normally, the minimum contract period is 3 months and the termination of your permanent parking space must be carried out with a notice period of two months. 

However, there are also different regulations depending on the conclusion of the contract. For this reason, you will find your contract terms in your applicable GTC's.
