Historische Stadthalle

One of the most important sights in the city of Wuppertal is the Historische Stadthalle. It is known worldwide for its special acoustics and is used as a concert and event venue. It was opened in 1900 and was the only historic venue to remain almost undamaged during the Second World War. Every year, around 200,000 people attend a wide variety of events at the Stadthalle.
