Schlossplatz

The largest square in the centre of Stuttgart is Schlossplatz. It consists of a baroque garden with a fountain and a music pavilion. Exactly in the middle, i.e. in the centre of the square, there has been a 30-metre-high Jubilee Column with a figure of the goddess Concordia since 1841. Especially in summer, the lawn is a popular place for sunbathing and, in general, a place where you can simply unwind. All around you can admire the New and Old Palaces and the Königsbau.
