The Reddersen House is probably one of the oldest buildings in Northeim. The half-timbered house was probably built around the year 1420. In the structurally unchanged and only simply renovated upper floor of the house, the inventory of the Reddersen family shows the bourgeois living culture of a farming family in the 19th century.
