Walzmühle

One of the city's landmarks is the former Ludwigshafen roller mill. It was one of the most successful flour mills until the beginning of the 20th century. It was shut down in 1985 and most of it was demolished. The management building, which is now used as the Ernst Bloch Center, was preserved. In addition, other preserved parts of the building were converted into offices and a gym. Among other things, the administration of Lukom is located in this building.
